✨ How long will my order take to ship?
All jewelry is handmade with love, intention, and a little fae magic. Please allow 3–7 business days for your piece to be crafted and prepared for shipment.
Once it ships:
• U.S. orders typically arrive in 3–5 business days
• International orders may take 1–3 weeks depending on customs and faerie border control
You’ll receive tracking info as soon as your order takes flight 🧚
📦 Where do you ship from?
All orders are packed and shipped with care from our studio in Sanford, Florida — sunshine, spells, and sparkle included.
💌 Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because every item is handcrafted (and sometimes one-of-a-kind), all sales are final.
BUT — if something arrives damaged, incorrect, or mysteriously cursed, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll do our best to make it right. We’re here to help you feel magical, not stressed.

Absolutely! Want to summon a necklace in your character’s color scheme? Need a charm coded to your sona? Send us a message — we love making personalized magic 🌙
🧼 How do I care for my jewelry?
Each piece is handmade and should be treated gently.
We recommend removing before:
• Sleeping
• Showering or swimming
• Casting high-level spells (or exercising)
Keep away from water, perfumes, and lotions to preserve your sparkle.
